Overguard S1 clips to the rear band of any EN 397 safety helmet and streams live safety, position, and environmental telemetry to the platform. Three status LEDs, an SOS button, a debossed mark. Everything else is sealed inside.

The pod senses, the platform thinks, your team acts. Every interaction a worker needs lives on the outside of the housing, and nothing else does.

When GPS speed crosses 15 km/h, high-G events are tagged as vehicular. No fall Alert when a worker takes the haul road.
The pod recognises when a helmet has been set down and flags the worker as off-helmet rather than firing a man-down.
Detection, confirmation, worker check-in, then Alert. Every event passes the same gates before it reaches a supervisor.
Everything below ships on Overguard S1. If it isn’t on this list, it isn’t on the pod.
Overguard S2 is in development, 18–24 months out. None of the capabilities below ship on S1, and none of them are needed for the platform to work today. Sites that deploy S1 now move to S2 on the same subscription when it arrives.
